What to do in summer

Wandern

There are great hiking trails right outside your flat. We will be happy to advise you. A hiking guide will accompany you on request. Popular destinations are e.g.

Our lake very close by

The Losheim reservoir has a surface area of 31 hectares with a maximum water depth of 14 metres. Located in the border triangle of Germany, France and Luxembourg, it is one of the most beautifully situated lakes in south-west Germany. In addition to water sports, the area has a 4.1 km long circular trail.

Cycling

The Merzig-Wadern region is a cycling paradise. With currently 218 cycle routes, leisure sports enthusiasts and active holidaymakers can choose from a wide and varied range of options. A total of 129 cycle tours, 37 MTB tours, 19 road bike tours and 33 others lead through the Merzig-Wadern region and invite you to explore.

E-bike route

The route is 180 kilometres long, passes directly by the golf course and is divided into 3 sections of 60 kilometres each.

Winter hikes

Our high forest is often called the Black Forest high forest. Some hiking trails are up to 500 metres above sea level, for example the Zwei-Täler-Weg.
